By accessing or using the Another Media Fanatic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Another Media Fanatic, LLC provides photography, cinematic video production, branded storytelling, creative direction, and related media services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or proposal.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your project date and begin production. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to final file delivery. Failure to submit final payment may result in delay of deliverables.
All original content created by Another Media Fanatic, LLC remains the intellectual property of Another Media Fanatic until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, usage rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before a scheduled shoot may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible and subject to availability.
Another Media Fanatic, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website content.
